Every great actor, news anchor, political figure and celebrity has a makeup artist. Many women spend hours doing their makeup before venturing out of the house every day. Similarly, looking great is a big part of the digital interviewing process. The better and more prepared you look, the better the initial connection. This doesn’t mean you don’t have to be smart, professional, experienced, and skilled to get the job, but it does help to look good.
