19. ASSEMBLE A CREW

All Hollywood major motion pictures have crewmembers. People who take care of the cameras, the lighting, the sound, the costumes, the scripts, the storyline—there is even a person who makes sure everyone is fed breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The same goes for producing a Broadway show. I know when we go to New York City to see a Broadway show, there are hundreds of people there prior to the start time—people setting up the cameras, lighting, microphones, music, and costumes. These types of productions have a whole crew to give support and perform at a high level.
