12. UP TO DATE
Before you begin your digital interviews, check the dates on all your software. You must have the most up-to-date versions of everything to perform at the highest level possible. Make sure you have the best operating system that you can afford. Make sure that you have the latest version of Skype loaded onto your computer. Check with your Internet provider to see if it’s possible to increase your bandwidth for videoconferencing. I know these things are expensive, but this might be a good time to spend a little extra on better bandwidth so that your digital job interviews look extremely professional and there are no performance issues.
