Part II: Using the Kernel to Run an Iteration

In this part of the book we will tell a story about how a small team uses the kernel to run an iteration—how they develop a small but stable increment of their system in a short, two-to four-week timebox.

The story we will tell is simpler than it would have been in real life as the purpose is to show how the kernel is used rather than being a complete account of everything that is done in an iteration.
