HOW TO USE THIS TEXT

Given that you probably have a busy schedule, this text is designed to give you some shortcuts. We start with energy, as this is where the quickest win lies. Mastering the concepts simply requires the formation of new habits, as most exercises can be done in 5–20 minutes. Moreover, the practices in this book are very easy to fit into your schedule. You can do many of them while commuting or whenever you have idle time.

Your progress will be variable, as some things will be easy for you and some will take more time for you to understand. It depends on where you start as there are always higher levels to reach.
