The essential tool for managing your time and creating structure is your calendar. Now, I suspect you are thinking that this is hardly revolutionary; but hold on. I’m willing to bet that, like many people, you are simply using your calendar to record meetings and appointments. This is a big under-utilisation of a much more powerful tool. When we start to use our calendars as accurate representations of how we spend our time and how we plan for things in the future, we gain more clarity, more control over our lives and have more peace of mind.
