Ten steps to creating a great day

We’ve now covered almost everything you need to create an energised life, to live life in the zone and have more time for yourself. Let’s look at how you can put it into practice. You’ve learned how to energise your body, how to get rid of stress, how to use your mind to focus and concentrate better and how to get more effective sleep. So how do you use it?

Knowledge without the practice won’t make a difference to you. Ideally you’ll want to habitualise the contents of the book so that it becomes second nature for you. I’ve created a 10-point daily action plan to help you do this. You don’t need to use all of the steps all the time but doing so will make the biggest difference.
