5 BREAK UP YOUR DAY – TAKE YOUR LUNCH

By working in concentration bursts you split up your day. Taking breaks to go outside and get air or walk around is highly recommended, especially if you are stationary at your desk most of the day. It will help your back, prevent any repetitive strain injuries and help your eyes. The most important thing here is to take your lunch break. Many people use the lunch break as a time-saving exercise, just grabbing some food quickly. Don’t. Take your time. Do not work during lunch. If you want to have energy throughout the day, you need to use your lunch break properly. Remind yourself that lunch is for recovery and revitalisation.
