The morning is the most important part of the day. This is when you need to set yourself up nicely for the day ahead. In the story in the previous chapter we saw from Sally how not to create the day. Do you ever start the morning off badly and the rest of the day seems to go downhill from there? It’s as if you got out of the wrong side of the bed. Let’s say you wake up feeling tired or exhausted, then your train is delayed or you get stuck in traffic – the day starts with some small incident that annoys you, and then a few more incidents occur, and the accumulation of annoying incidents results in you having a bad day.
