HOW TO COMBAT MIND CHATTER

We all have mind chatter, the little voice in our head that provides a running commentary on our life, how we are feeling, what is happening in our world, what others are doing, and so on. To deal with mind chatter, it’s best to start as early as possible in the morning as this is when you have your ‘me’ time to really be able to talk to yourself. If you’ve got a busy day sometimes you don’t have time to consider what thoughts are going on in your head and you’re more likely to think on autopilot.
