INTENTIONS THAT WORK

Stating an intention clearly helps make it more powerful. Here are some examples.

My intention is:

  • To delegate this task to Dave so that he is absolutely clear on what I want and is empowered to carry out that task.
  • To complete two sections of the market report in the next hour.
  • To leave this meeting with clear ideas of what is next and having felt like something was accomplished.
  • To have a good time with my friends and let them know that even though I am busy, I am there for them.
