HOW TO DEAL WITH BOUTS OF INSOMNIA

A symptom of stress, occasional insomnia can strike us all. There are many things which can cause insomnia. The following techniques are for occasional insomnia that is not caused by a medical condition. For persistent insomnia I recommend seeing a doctor. If you find yourself waking up in the night and you can’t get back to sleep the likely causes are physical restlessness, stress or mental overstimulation (for example having a genius idea in the middle of the night).
