Exercise: The de-stress technique

We’ve looked at some urgent stress release techniques for when you are in the thick of it. But what about the more general need to wind down after work? Rather than reach for a glass of wine or the remote control, here is an exercise to enable you to quickly leave work behind at the end of the day and free your mind of any worries about it. Then you can use your evening or weekend to fully relax, unwind and refresh. It’s a highly effective way to get rid of stress and particularly useful if you feel overwhelmed or have too much going on.
