MASTERING BREATHING

Before all of this though we need to go right back to basics, in fact to one of the most basic things we learn as a newborn baby: mastering breathing.

Of course we all know how to breathe. However, not everyone does it correctly. It is amazing how many people have problems that arise because they are shallow breathers. I have met people who, after learning to breathe properly, have cured themselves of anxiety, headaches and stress-related illnesses.
