Chapter Eleven. Paperwork and Reality
Throughout this book I have emphasized the need to document every event. Many routine things are documented as a matter of course. Common plant documents such as employee evaluations may already exist. They may help you, but they may also hurt you. You need to take care with all sorts of paperwork, such as evaluations and disciplinary reports.
