Well-preserved facts are a blessing to all people who must defend their companies. The first step in defending your company is to be well informed. Journalism students are taught that there are 5 Ws that must be known before writing a news story: who, what, when, where, and why. Here, we focus on the who, what, when, and where (why is discussed in Chapter Six).
