Employee Reviews of the Company

Especially in the context of a nonunion operation, it is a good idea once a year to require each employee to complete a review of the company. Each employee should complete, sign, and date a form that asks questions like the following:

  • What do you like about your job?

  • What do you dislike about your job?

  • Has your supervisor provided you with the necessary assistance to do your job properly? If not, please explain.

  • Do you get along with your coworkers and do they get along with you? If not, please explain.

  • Has any supervisor or coworker discriminated against you? If so, please explain.

  • Has any supervisor or coworker harassed or intimidated you? If so, please explain.

  • Has the company or your supervisor treated you unfairly? ...
