The following is a sample harassment and sexual harassment policy that you can distribute to your employees.

It is the policy of _______________________ [insert name of company] that sexual harassment or harassment of any kind of employees or applicants for employment in any form is unacceptable conduct and will not be tolerated. Harassment because of sex, race, color, age, disability, or other unlawful reasons is strictly forbidden.
