Clearing the Record of Points

If no points are assessed within a calendar month, ½ point will be deducted from the employee’s point record. (If this provision is included it should be coordinated with the section on clearing the record, referenced above, so that the deduction of points corresponds with the lessening of discipline.) Employees will not accrue this ½ point credit if their record is clear.
