Conviction of a Drug-Related Offense

Any employee convicted in any manner and regardless of sentence of a drug-related offense shall be subject to discipline, including discharge, without testing and without the opportunity of rehabilitation. This rule includes but is not limited to:

• The manufacture of illegal substances

• The sale of illegal substances

• The possession of illegal substances outside the workplace

• Possession of drug-related paraphernalia
