Positive Test Result

An employee who has been tested for alcohol or illegal drugs and whose test proves positive will be discharged or referred to rehabilitation at the discretion of the company.[*] If rehabilitation is offered or required, it will be offered or required in conjunction with the first violation of this policy, and the employee must successfully complete the rehabilitation program in order to return to work.
