Testing Procedures

Each employee to be tested pursuant to this policy shall:

  • Cooperate fully.

  • Execute and complete truthfully such documents and releases as may be required by the physician, healthcare institution, clinic, and/or laboratory.

  • Authorize a written report of the results and/or other relevant records to be submitted to the company.

All initially positive drug screens will be confirmed.

The following are grounds for immediate discharge:

  1. Failure or refusal to cooperate in all phases of the testing procedure

  2. Failure or refusal to promptly submit to such examinations and/or tests

  3. Failure or refusal to execute proper consent forms

  4. Suspected adulteration or tampering with a specimen
