[Company name] prohibits the possession, use, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs or alcohol during working hours or while on company premises, including parking lots, or reporting to work or being on the job under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol. An employee with a positive test result shall be deemed to be under the influence.
Employees found using or possessing drugs or alcohol on company premises are subject to immediate discharge without the necessity of testing or lesser discipline.
