It is a good idea to get the consent of your employees for electronic monitoring, using a form such as the one presented here. Note that this form has not been tested in litigation, although it is believed to be complete in all respects. Have your attorney review the form to ensure that it protects all company activities subject to monitoring and surveillance. Your attorney should also check for any applicable amendments to the law or court decisions made after the publication of this book.
