This description of key employment laws is not meant to provide a comprehensive review of all the terms and nuances of those laws. This summary is not expansive, nor does it contain all aspects of each law. The purpose of this book is to prepare you to deal with employment problems and make you aware of potential problems rather than to enable you to interpret the laws on your own.
