PART IIIWhy Invest in Employee Experience?

Thus far we have looked at the Reason for Being along with the three employee experience environments and the attributes that create them, which are COOL physical spaces, ACE technology, and a CELEBRATED culture. We also looked at what these attributes are, why they are important, and some quick tips for things you can do to implement them. The remainder of this book will explore how and what organizations can do to actually go about designing employee experiences that take all of these environments and variables into consideration. To do that we need to understand a few things:

  • What does the employee experience methodology look like?
  • Who owns the employee experience?
  • What does a team that's responsible for employee experience look like?
  • What role do employees play in actually designing their own experiences?
  • How do we scale employee experiences?

In this part of the book, I will do my best to answer all of these questions.
