Emotional Intelligence Exercise 19
Buy a package of at least 25 thank-you notes. Keep them visible on your desk for two weeks. Every day, look for opportunities to thank people you encounter within your company or organization. You can thank employees, co-workers, even the mail carrier. Just get into the habit of being grateful for people's effort, skills, attitudes, or contributions. Please keep a log of whom you sent a thank-you note and why.
