This EQ activity is designed to help leaders know exactly where they must place their efforts in order to heighten their staff's sense of importance. The visual representation is a strong way to recognize how different employees may feel in regard to their sense of importance and significance in the work unit.
This activity will encourage leaders to regard followers as individuals. Also, it will help leaders know what to give each follower so that they can do their best.
