Advanced Capabilities of Dynamic Progress Method

Introduction

Chapter 7 introduced the user interface and functionality for pmBLOX® (Dynamic Progress Method [DPM]–based project planning tool) and showed how to build a very simple project. This chapter works with a more complicated example project to show some of the advanced analysis capabilities of the DPM approach.
