The New Approach of Dynamic Progress Method
Introduction
As stated in Chapter 4, there are three major flaws with the traditional program evaluation and review technique (PERT)/critical path method (CPM) project planning technique:
- Task duration is an input.
- Resource productivity impacts are not considered.
- Management corrective actions are not captured.
