You’ve heard enough. You are shocked by the false accounts of what happened. You feel angry at the team’s betrayal.
“It’s all lies,” you blurt out. “Jason’s never going to be on board with my techniques, and it seems that Roger has decided to join him. Can’t you see they’re sabotaging my attempt to make things better?”
To make matters worse, you blame Jason for low team morale and code quality. “It’s time Jason is removed from the team,” you say.
Patrick looks you straight in the eye and says, “Thank you for your help, Jim. It’s best we continue the project without you.”
