The presentation begins with Ben giving an overview of the delivery options identified earlier this morning. Then it’s your turn to present the improvement actions and measures.
During the meeting, Patrick asks you how you came up with the recommendations. He wants to know if they were identified in collaboration with the team.
You explain that due to the tight deadline, there wasn’t time to co-create them with the team. You had, however, reviewed them briefly with Owen. As you say this, you notice a look of disappointment among the team members.
The meeting eventually comes to an end, and everyone agrees that your recommendations are a sensible way forward.
