Final Preparation

You feel recharged after the team lunch. Since you’ve still got work to do for this afternoon’s presentation, you get up to go earlier than usual.

You estimate that it will take you about forty-five minutes to finalize the material for the presentation. That will take you until 1:15 p.m. The meeting isn’t until 2 p.m.

You have a couple of options. After you’ve finished preparing the material, you can choose to go into the meeting without further feedback from others, or you can get feedback from a few volunteers from the team and improve the material based on that feedback.
