On your way over to the Dream Team, Owen mentions that Ben popped by earlier and asked him to help review the latest options at 11:30.
By the time you and Owen reach the team space, you notice that not everyone is present.
“We’re on a ten-minute break,” Ben tells you. “Everyone will be back at 11:30 sharpish, as planned.”
You wander around to find out firsthand how the session has gone.
“I feel absolutely exhausted,” says Matt, “but it’s been worth it. We’ve now got a list of delivery options prioritized iteratively: first by value and then by return on investment, dependencies, constraints, and risks.”
