Measure for Measure

In order to validate the improvement actions you’ve come up with, you look through the ones hanging off the Green Team’s future reality tree poster. You find that there’s a lot in common between the two sets of actions.

Next, you come up with a set of measures by which to gauge the team’s performance improvement. To get an accurate view of the team’s progress, the results of each measure must be considered as part of the same big picture, rather than looked at in isolation.

MEASURES

1. Clarity of goals measured by percentage of team members who understand the project goals (so the team knows what it’s aiming for)
