| Unsustainable Pace |
Sustainable pace is much easier said than done. Given the turn of events at work, you now have to work late. You call your girlfriend to let her know you have to cancel your movie date. She tells you she was looking forward to seeing you tonight.
It’s not the first time you’ve had to let her down because of work. By now, you recognize the tone of disappointment in her voice, but you don’t want to let Patrick and the team down by not being ready for tomorrow’s presentation.
Before making your way home to a microwave meal for one, you write your daily log entry.
