“Let’s go back to Ben’s point. We know that the team’s average sprint velocity is 15 points. What do you suggest?” you ask Cassandra.

“Patrick is going to give us both the Dream Team and Team Predator to get this job done,” explains Cassandra, “on the condition that the teams agree the work can be divided up between them.”

Cassandra continues. “We understand that some things can’t be done more quickly even when more people are working on it. All we’re looking for are ways to meet the deadline.”
