| Better Late Than Never |
As you get up to go, Ben says, “A couple of people from Aidan and Owen’s teams are going to review our effort estimates before Cassandra returns. This will make our estimates much more robust, for sure. I only wish we’d asked them for help sooner.”
You nod and smile.
“The thing about agile,” says Ben, “is that it’s one thing to talk about collaboration, it’s another to do it. As Scrum master to the team, I haven’t been leading by example.”
“Many ideas in agile sound simple. I find they’re anything but easy in practice,” you reply.
