The team has been rehearsing the planning session since yesterday.
Ben gets the ball rolling. “Let’s run through the agenda for our planning session,” he says. He talks through the agenda in the form of sticky notes. “We’ll present and discuss the three options we’ve come up with for the original target release date, spending up to fifteen minutes per option. We’ll finish off by selecting an option and agreeing on a release plan.”
“I’m feeling more confident already,” says Cassandra with a smile. People have remarked that Cassandra doesn’t smile often, at least not at work.
