You return to the team space to find everyone’s arrived for the day. You ask the team to gather together.
“Good morning, all. What else do we need to do in preparation for the delivery options walk-through this morning with Cassandra?” you ask the team.
“We’ve done as much as we can,” says Ben.
You notice a certain tension in the air. You decide to change your style of questioning. “How do we feel about it?” you ask.
There’s a moment of silence. Ash is the first to answer. “To be honest, I’m a bit afraid of Cassandra. We’ve tried to make suggestions to her before, but each time she’s told us to stick to what we know instead of meddling with the business.”
