Day 3 ends on a higher note than when you started. The project retrospective refocuses the team on their immediate goal of figuring out how to get both the project and the team back on track.

The rest of the week flies by. Before you know it, it’s time to present your recommendations. You feel confident they will enable the team to start delivering again.
