During the break, Rebecca reminisces about the years she’s been friends with Jason. In fact, he’s the one who told her about the job at Love Inc.
“For the past year, he’s been telling me how unhappy he is with the team’s performance,” says Rebecca. “He’s even considered leaving the company for good. But I know him better than that. Jason loves the product, and no matter how things appear on the outside, he wants to see it through.”
“I know we can be a stubborn and tough crowd sometimes,” she continues. “We’ve developed a bunch of bad habits. Now that the time’s come for us to change, some of us are gripped by fear. I’ve learned the toughest challenge to overcome is our own resistance to change.”
