ACTIVITIES

  • Had meeting with Cassandra, Dream Team product owner, for the first time

  • Visited the Dream Team team space with Patrick

  • Ben talked Patrick through results of the project retrospective

  • Met Team Predator, second team to try agile

  • Hosted joint team lunch with the Dream Team and Team Predator

  • Held exercise with Dream Team members to visualize all their work and update kanban board

  • Saw Dream Team come up with a prioritized backlog, including value and effort estimates prioritized by ROI, on its own

  • Visited Rainbow Corridor agile teams thanks to Cassandra’s suggestion

  • Met the Green Team

  • Introduced systems thinking to Owen, Scrum master of the Green Team, over coffee break
