“We began by collecting as many high-level requirements as possible, then we applied relative estimation to the business value of each requirement in three steps,” says Rebecca. “First, we did T-shirt sizing, arranging them from the largest amount of business value to the smallest. Second, we assigned a relative business value estimate to the smallest one, starting with 100. Then we relatively calculated a business value estimate in business value points for the rest of the items.”
