Divide and Conquer

The Dream Team team space is empty when you arrive.

You walk over to the the kanban board to find a list of high-level requirements. Each item is written on an index card and has a relative business value noted down in the lower left corner, while the corresponding effort estimate is in the lower right corner. In between the business value estimate and the effort estimate is a third number, the return on investment (or ROI) of that story, which is calculated by dividing the business value by the effort.

You notice the current list is prioritized by ROI.
