The key to getting the team back on track is to first identify the root causes of its problems and then look at what’s within the team’s scope of control to change on its own and what’s not. You know these are the two places where you’ll find the options to help the team move forward.

The cost and risk is simply too high for the likelihood of success on such a large scale.
