“It’s time to visualize all our work,” you say. You explain that the exercise serves three purposes. First, it exposes the challenges faced by the team in its daily work, also known as “rocks” or “blockers.” Second, it gives the team a chance to update the kanban board with the latest information. Third, it’s an opportunity to improve the presentation of the board itself.
