You ask the team to tell you about the top challenges an agile team faces at Love Inc.

“It’s hard to speak for all the teams,” explains Aidan. “We used to be a close-knit, family-run kind of business. Then the business took off big time (Who would have thought there’d be so many mutually attractive singles out there until we came along?), and the family start-up went corporate.”

Rickard explains that none of the agile teams share their experiences with one another because they’re incentivized to compete with one another. “It’s a bit strange, given that we’re all developing the same product. None of the teams actively sabotage each other, but we’re certainly not encouraged to help other teams!”
