Team Predator

You invite Matt for a walk and a coffee.

On your way back from the cafeteria, Matt points out a nearby team space that is covered in sticky notes, with people sitting in pairs, working together in front of computers.

“That’s Team Predator,” Matt says. It turns out Team Predator was the second team in the company to start using agile. They started six weeks after the Dream Team. At first, both teams supported one another, and then things got competitive.

The Dream Team didn’t think agile worked “out of the box” given the company’s unique situation, so they quickly adapted it to fit as best they could.
