Daily Update

Day 2 starts with a visit to Patrick, the manager who hired you. You had suggested up front that the two of you meet for fifteen minutes every day so that Patrick can track your progress. It’s also an opportunity for Patrick to give you input and feedback.

Patrick agreed. He also said that at some point he’d like to invite other managers to the meeting to get them more involved. You like and respect Patrick. He’s one of the reasons you accepted the job.
